MUNICIPAL ORDER #1-2009

A MUNICIPAL ORDER RELATING TO THE LIGHTING OF

ST. ALOYSIUS CHURCH

            WHEREAS, the City has established by ordinance a lighting ordinance and the City has received complaints from residents that said ordinance has been violated at St. Aloysius Church,

AND WHEREAS, there has been an agreement with the Church to change, remove or move certain lights, 

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PEWEE VALLEY:

Section 1.        That the amended lighting plan delivered to the City by the St. Aloysius authorized representative Gary Hubbuch and presented to the City Council on the 6^th day of April 6, 2009, be and hereby is an agreed settlement of any and all existing violations of the City’s lighting ordinance.  This resolution is contingent on the completion of all the changes and modification presented on said plans. 

Section 2         This Municipal Order shall take effect upon its passage and approval as required by law.
