MUNICIPAL ORDER 2-2009

A MUNICIPAL ORDER RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF A

WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT USER FEE POLICY

FOR THE CITY OF PEWEE VALLEY, KENTUCKY

            WHEREAS, the City has established by ordinance a Storm and Surface Water Drainage System, including a fee to fund said System,

AND WHEREAS, said ordinance calls for the fee, as well as the collection policy, to be enacted by Municipal Order of the City Council,

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PEWEE VALLEY:

Section 1.        That the Water Quality Management User Fee Policy, drafted in consultation with Stantec, Inc. and dated the 15^th, day of January, 2009, be and hereby is adopted in full by the City Council of the City of Pewee Valley, Kentucky

Section 2         This Municipal Order shall take effect upon its passage and approval as required by law.
