MUNICIPAL ORDER #2-2010

A MUNICIPAL ORDER RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF “AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND THE CITY OF PEWEE VALLEY” FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK ON HIGHWAY 146

WHEREAS, and agreement has been proposed styled Agreement Between The Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet And the Government Sponsor, Federal Project Number P02-625 (the “Agreement”); and

            AND WHEREAS, the Agreement has been reviewed by the City Council and by the Attorney for the City and found to be in order;

            NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PEWEE VALLEY:

Section 1.         That the City Council of the City of Pewee Valley does hereby approve and adopt the Agreement attached hereto and styled “Agreement Between The Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet And the Government Sponsor, Federal Project Number P02-625”,

Section 2.         That the Mayor of the City of Pewee Valley is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of Pewee Valley and to execute all other necessary documents to put said Agreement into full force and effect.

Section 3.         This Municipal Order shall take effect upon its passage and approval as required by law.
