CITY OF PEWEE VALLEY

ORDINANCE NO.10 SERIES 2009

AN ORDINANCE SETTING CERTAIN STANDARDS FOR COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR PROJECTS IN WHICH FEDERAL FUNDS ARE USED

            WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pewee Valley, Kentucky is informed that a certain procurement systems must be used whenever federal funds are used in a project within the City,

            NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PEWEE VALLEY,          KENTUCKY:

Section 1:

            That whenever federal funding is to be used in any City of Pewee Valley project, the City shall use the Construction Contract Letting and Contract Award Procedures set forth in 23 CFR 635.

Section 2

            This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval as required by law.
