AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE OLDHAM COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDING THE OLDHAM COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS REGARDING ACCESS MANAGEMENT STANDARDS, DOCKET NUMBER PZ-10-009
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 2010 the Oldham County Planning Commission (after holding a public hearing as required by law) recommended to the City of Pewee Valley the adoption of certain text amendments and additions to the Oldham County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding access management standards;
WHEREAS, such text amendment (Docket Number PZ-10-009) was transmitted by the Oldham County Planning Commission to the City of Pewee Valley for action on the 1st day of September, 2010,
AND WHEREAS, the City of Pewee Valley, after consideration of the Findings of Fact and recommendation of the Oldham County Planning Commission, herby adopts such record and Findings of Fact and approves the proposed amendments and additions to the Oldham County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, with the following modification;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDIANED BY THE COUNCIL OF PEWEE VALLEY:
Section 1. The Findings of Fact, and recommendation of the Oldham County Planning Commission enacted on the 25th day of May, 2010, regarding certain amendments and additions to the Oldham County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance in the areas of Access Management Standards, Docket Number PZ-10-009; be and hereby is adopted in full by the City of Pewee Valley, Kentucky.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication as required by law.
First Reading: October 4, 2010
Second Reading: November 1, 2010
Passage and Approval: _ November 1, 2010
